We are making a good-will effort to freely share the use of motion
capture data with our friends in the 3D Animation world. But, in
this day and age, some folk decide that because something is
offered "free" for use in one category that "thing" therefore
belongs to them to use however they want. This site can only exist so long as people
respect our rights in the original files offered for your use. We
apologize for having to make such a long list of terms, but please
read and understand them before participating in any downloads.
The long and the short of it, you may
download and use these files in the creation of a commercial
or non-commercial movie. Period. That's it.
Essentially, the motion files fall
into two categories:
New Events Group, Other File Repositories
(See List Below. Additional Restrictions Apply.)
Please be sure you understand the differences in
the permissions for each type. At the top of each Product Page,
you will find a clearly designated Terms of Use link to let
you know into which category the files on that page fall.
